Food and Consumables
Steak
foodFeeds a single animal. Increases the animal's weight (size), which increases its BPS output. The most common food item in the game.

Bone
baitPlace as bait on the ground to lure Wolves in the Forest biome. Without Bone Bait, Wolves rarely walk close enough to catch reliably.

Prime Feed
foodSuperior version of Steak. Feeds an animal and gives a larger weight/BPS increase than regular Steak. Much rarer.

Enriched Feed
foodThe rarest food tier. Gives the largest single weight/BPS boost of any food item in the game.

Bloodmoon Grape
mutation itemCollect during Bloodmoon weather events. Feed to any pet for a chance to apply the Bloodbound mutation (2.5x BPS multiplier). New in Update 16.

Cosmic Fruit

Mutation Diffuser (Update 16)
Mutation Diffuser
Added: Update 16 · Cost: $500,000 · Buildings section of the Lassos and Food Shop
New machine added in Update 16. The Mutation Diffuser allows you to remove an unwanted mutation from a pet. This is useful when a pet accidentally receives a low-value mutation (like Seabound at 1.1x) that would prevent applying a higher-value mutation later.
How to Use
- 1.Purchase from the Buildings section for $500,000
- 2.Place the machine in your Pen from Build Inventory
- 3.Interact with the machine
- 4.Select the pet with the mutation you want to remove
- 5.Select which specific mutation to remove
- 6.Click Confirm — the mutation is permanently removed
Tips
- • Only remove mutations that are lower value than what you plan to replace them with
- • Never remove Shiny (4x), Neon (3.5x), Rainbow (2.5x) or Bloodbound (2.5x) mutations — these are the best in the game
- • Useful for removing low weather mutations like Seabound (1.1x) or Skeletal (1.1x) before a Bloodmoon or Cosmic Shower event
- • You cannot re-apply a removed mutation — only remove it if you have a better mutation actively available to apply
Lucky Blocks
Lucky Blocks are consumable items that give random rewards when opened. They are one of the best ways to obtain Weather Totems and bulk food. The type of Lucky Block determines what rewards are possible.
Standard Lucky Block
Best time: During Aurora Borealis weather (300% Luck Boost) for higher chance of Totem drops
Rewards: Steak (5–20x), Bone (5–15x), Prime Feed (1–5x), Rain Totem, Thunderstorm Totem, Sandstorm Totem, In-game coins ($500–$5,000), Common or Uncommon pet
How to get: Volcanic-mutated pen pets drop them passively, Daily login rewards (Day 3, Day 6), Traveling Merchant
Bloodmoon Lucky Block
Best time: Open immediately — Bloodmoon Lucky Block rewards are not luck-boosted by weather
Rewards: Bloodmoon Grapes (3–10x), Steak (5–20x), Rare or Epic pet, Bloodmoon-exclusive cosmetics, In-game coins ($1,000–$10,000)
How to get: Bloodmoon Spin Wheel during Bloodmoon weather, Boss Hydra defeat reward
Legendary Lucky Block
Best time: Save for Admin Cloud or Aurora Borealis for maximum reward quality
Rewards: Prime Feed or Enriched Feed (3–10x), Aurora Totem, Cosmic Totem, Rare, Epic, or Legendary pet, Large coin rewards ($5,000–$50,000), Exclusive Lasso (rare)
How to get: Volcanic-mutated pets randomly drop them (best passive source), High-tier event completion
Lucky Block Tips
- • Never open Standard Lucky Blocks during Sunny or normal weather — the luck penalty is significant
- • Stack Lucky Blocks and open all of them in a single Aurora Borealis session
- • Volcanic-mutated pets generate Legendary Lucky Blocks passively — apply Volcanic mutation to at least one high-value pen pet
- • During Admin Cloud weather events (developer-triggered), Lucky Block drop rates are dramatically increased
- • Bloodmoon Lucky Blocks have fixed reward pools — opening them during Aurora has no effect
